Seafood pizza

Ingredients (for 1 large pizza):
- 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 150 g of tomato sauce (puree or passata)
- 200 g of mixed seafood (mussels, shrimp, calamari, etc.)
- 100 g of shredded mozzarella (or your cheese of choice)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- A pinch of Espelette pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A few black olives (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven:
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Place a baking tray or pizza stone inside to heat up.
- Prepare the seafood:
- If using frozen seafood, thaw and drain it well.
